The staff was friendly and the offices/exam rooms were clean.
They informed without 'pushing' tests on you. I liked that, I wasn't left feeling I was a bad pet owner because I didn't have a lot of funds.

My 2 dogs and cat had their first appt recently, and it was a great experience. My big dog is usually really shy to new people, but she warmed right up to Dr. Steffus. My cat was also very calm with her. I would definitely recommend the Animal Clinic of Muskegon to others!
