I am a firm believer that God gives you what you need when you need it. My Family couldn't be more pleased with the respect and dignity shown to us. I truly apologize to their staff for having to experience something that we had no control over yet remaining totally professional. Their staff's level of professionalism was truly tested and how they handled it gave me and Family a chance to say our farewells in peace. I especially want to thank Ms Cynthia Bankhead for making everything about the experience pleasant for myself and my family with Toombs by Crystal Funeral Home.

I was absolutely pleased with Toombs. Ms Bankhead was very patient with me and guided me through the process. She made sure I was given all options and I was not forced or rushed to any quick decision. I was pleased with the service they provided for me and my family.
