Dr Mohan and her staff are the BEST! They care about their patients! I had been to the ER with chest pains and left arm pain along with elevated labs and was told it was not my heart. Lisa , Dr Mohans nurse looked at my labs and said no this needs to be addressed. She took the time to talk to Dr Mohan and Dr Mohan came in to see me on a day that she doesn’t normally see patients. She referred me to a cardiologist and said I need a heart cath done. As it turns out, I DID have two blockages and had stents placed. I am so thankful for Dr Mohan and Lisa for caring enough to help me and literally saving my life.

I can’t say enough positive things about Rosewood! Super friendly and warm staff, zero wait time for appointments, speedy answers, and thorough communication. The doctors are AMAZING & their medical support staff equally so! I felt comfortable from start to finish for all my procedures. The after care attention was second to none! Doctor texted me personally, daily to check on me. There’s no need to look further than Rosewood for excellence. I am a patient for life. 🩷

Ordered expensive tests before seeking a more simple solution. Delayed test results(by more than a month), forgot to call for referrals (numerous times). Employees never last long.
Also when I had my Botox it was uneven. I’ve been Botox free for two years now and I still can’t raise one eyebrow. Also I was convinced to get a hydrofacial for my teen for her acne.. insanely expensive for zero results.
Would NEVER recommend.

Dr Mohan is the most caring and compassionate doctor you will ever find! I have been coming to see Dr Mohan for over 25 years. I feel like a member of her family every single time I see her. She remembers even the smallest details of my life. Any questions that I have she takes as much time as I need to understand.

Their quality has dropped significantly in the last few years. Find another provider.
Not filling prescriptions for 2 months after repeated requests and sending them to pharmacies in different states while having to constantly keep on them about fixing these things that delay medications even more. They never take responsibility for their mistakes in this matter and will take every opportunity to avoid it.
Edit: Because I can’t reply to them. We fought constantly to fill prescriptions with these people. They would either never call or never place the prescription. If there was a prior authorization needed they wouldn’t do anything but blame insurance, and never go any further. Weird how once we switched providers we no longer had that issue.
They need to really reevaluate how they treat their patients and not just push them off to the side once it gets slightly difficult or god forbid they have to do their job and fill a prescription that is done every month, which they could barely even do without being hounded by us for months and months.
My spouse was a patient there for 9 years and the last 4 have been miserable here. Find another provider before you get into the same loop we kept falling into with them.
