I love this place; it's never packed. The staff is amazing; they are always willing to help you out or give you some pointers. The only downside is that it's not open on the weekends, not open any Holliday, only open at 8:00AM. So, no early bird gets the worm here, no good leg machine. But it is a clean and safe gym to get a good workout in. I can't give no five-star because they took out the good leg equipment. To focus on cross fit. Go Blue

I go here for dental services. Very good people, friendly staff. Dentists are excellent and very easy to talk to. Only issue is that I can't get my family in due to them not having descendant status. I wish my wife and kids could be seen here. It's worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Dr. Lund is wonderful and I've received excellent dental care here.
