Got refused service because they were doing "colors" today. I showed up at 9am, no customers inside, none in the parking lot. I get a 3 guard buzz cut, so basically 5ish minutes. Got told no and the next appointment was in 2 hours. Rude employee. What's the point of walk-ins and no appointment needed signs if you don't get served. I could understand if my haircut was going to take a half hour or something that interfered with other customers, but I was the only one there. I've had shotty service here a few times but the good usually outweighs the bad, but i think I'll take my business elsewhere.

My hair stylist moved here. So I followed her. The front desk lady is nice and they fit me in right away. And of course my hair stylist is bomb.
