I wanted to set up an appointment online and it only allowed me to check in. They were ready for me in a minute- (I had 10 minutes to get there from the house)!
Got in right away and Stephanie (I think that was here name) was done in no time flat and with a perfect job. She didn’t just go by the notes, but made sure I was good with it. I asked for a couple changes and away she went. Thanks for the good service, we’ll be back.
Had gone to another place in Mt Pleasant to get my daughter's haircut before graduation and we got to the other place around 3pm. It said online that the place was open on Saturday until 5pm. It was closed. So we found Great Clips. They did a great job with my daughter haircut and she was very happy. They saved the day and my daughter's high school graduation. Thank you.
Great Service, Just a Bit Long
Overall, a great experience! They fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. The haircut was $19, which is pretty standard, with a $2 Military/LEO discount. I was there for a little over an hour, which was longer than expected, but Renee did a great job. Solid service—I’d come back again!
