Great Service, Just a Bit Long

Overall, a great experience! They fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. The haircut was $19, which is pretty standard, with a $2 Military/LEO discount. I was there for a little over an hour, which was longer than expected, but Renee did a great job. Solid service—I’d come back again!

EDIT: They finally got back ahold of me, talked to the assistant manager and she had me come in and did her best to fix the haircut.

asked for a very specific type of hair cut, even showed a picture, and they messed it up HORRIBLY. MY HAIR STILL LOOKS AWFUL. called them 4 times no one picked up. called corporate, have been getting a runaround for almost a full week. I will NEVER come to this garbage place again.

My husband checked in online before arriving. He was the next one up upon arrival. She did an excellent job, wish I would have gotten her name. We were on our way in less than 20 minutes.
