She is very knowledgeable and took me through a routine to resolve the vertigo I have been dealing with for nearly a year, explaining things as we went. I do not dread going to this type of Fyzical Therapy. The facility is spotless and the staff are a joy to work with. Jen explains each exercise and what it is for, and is so caring and light-hearted. I recommend this facility 100%.
