The owners CARE about their customers and focus on taking care of clients after the sale. The team is top notch, super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. They are prompt and attentive, scrubbing walls, vacuuming, testing chemicals, and communicating exactly what was added and how long to wait. They saved a customer a substantial amount of money by fixing a sand filter and bringing needed supplies. As a first-time pool owner, they were always available to answer questions. Prices are good, and the crew is amazing. Highly recommended without hesitation. Customers love their pools and will use Blockco for all pool needs, from opening to closing.
I have found my experience to be beyond perfect…. I’ve received calls asking if everything is ok, questions answered on pH levels, chlorine levels, or anything. Their customer support is hands on 24/7. No question is ever dumb or anything too large or too small for them to handle. They delivered my jacuzzi in perfect condition and so very professional. Anyone who is ever thinking of a hot tub I highly recommend this lovely local business.

I don't usually do reviews, but for those people who truly want an honest answer, here it is. We recently bought a home and with it having a pool, we wanted to make sure the chemical in it was balanced out at all times especially when you have kids getting in it. This place was very prompt and attentive to our needs. I was assigned to Tailor and she is very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure you understand the process of your pool. I am really impressed with the services I am receiving and will continue to use them from here on out. They scrub the walls of the pool, vacuum, chemical test and add chemicals as needed, and I love how they communicate with us on...read full review
