I had an appointment with Dr Rose this morning. Not only did she help with the wax in my ear she educated me on how to take care of it on my own. She was amazing and so was Patrick and Diana that work in the office. I would highly recommend her and this office

If you're like me your health insurance tries its best to force you to use terrible, very unprofessional, hearing professionals. At the age of 79, I had to give up on what Priority Health offered me (Tru Hearing) and I set out to find people who would care about me and my hearing issues. I found Allied Hearing. Things felt right the minute I walked through the door of their Mt. Pleasant office. Dr. Smith and her staff listened to what I had to say and immediately set about repairing my hearing aid issues at a very fair cost. Dr. Smith took a lot of time with us. She explained everything very carefully and clearly. She was very patient with our questions. The follow up afterwards was excellent.
