My experience with Bois was extremely frustrating. What should have been a straightforward sump pump installation turned into a nearly 3 week ordeal. The initial plumber rushed the job and left a leak in the 45° PVC joint, then repeatedly failed to return to fix it despite multiple attempts to reach him. Only after contacting Bois directly did Brian come out and properly fix the leak and install a new joint. Brian was professional and extremely helpful, and the only reason I even gave a 2 star review. Bois Plumbing was a no-call / no-show at our 3 pm appointment to look at our hot water heater. My husband also called to confirm that he had the correct date and time as our appointment came and went. Bois Plumbing did not return our call.

Bill went out of his way to install a sump pump. He installed the plumbing to eliminate any rattling issues when the sump pump runs. Very professional done. We would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
