First Advantage property management is a group of true professionals. Easy to reach, detailed record keeping and always friendly. Kingsley is especially great to work with. There are so many management companies in Metro Detroit that fall short. Not this one.
I’ve had a great experience with First Advantage Property Management. Their team is professional, easy to work with, and always quick to respond. They handle everything efficiently and keep communication clear, which makes a big difference. You can tell they genuinely care about both property owners and tenants. Overall, a dependable company that makes property management simple and hassle-free.
I was honestly feeling hopeless trying to find a home because I couldn’t meet some of the rental requirements. Thankfully, Kingsley Ifezue took the time to understand my situation and worked with me to find a solution. Because of his negotiation skills, I was able to secure a home to rent. On top of that, First Advantage Property Management has been amazing at handling all of my concerns quickly and professionally. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend them
