The tech that came out to the house was very professional, nice and informative. We were excited to hire Air Works to do our job. We were told he had to file the paperwork back at the office and we would be called with an estimate. Several weeks passed and we never got a quote. I called the office twice and was told they had to talk to their boss and would call me back. I still haven't heard anything back so I've hired another company to do the job.Service: Heating maintenance

Great service. The humidifier on my furnace quit working and the technician Martin was able to fix without replacing. Also did cleaning and provided many other tips to help minimize my heat bills. Thank you!Service: HVAC system maintenance
