I had a terrible experience with this business. I paid for an irrigation blow-out last fall and later in December found the water was running with a cracked water pipe that was frozen. They came out to re-blow out the system, this time remembering to turn off a valve. (They put the system in...) This Spring, they serviced only one part of my two part system and charged me more than last year for a full system turn on/maintenance. Wow! I left several messages for their irrigation manager and he did not return my phone calls. I waited another month after the second billing and called repeatedly, with no answer from this guy. I finally went in person to the company headquarters and requested to speak with the owner. "He was in a meeting". I said that I would like to only speak with the owner and to have him give me a call. Well, guess who finally called...? The manager. When I asked why he didn't return my calls, he said he worked 10-12 hour days and didn't have time. Poor excuse. I paid my bill and will never work with this company again. So sad as I am a local citizen.

I'm staying in Whitehall for a week and the snow kept falling. I called three companies with no answers. Double L answered promptly and was out within two hours! Excellent plowing skills, friendly, professional, and reasonable prices.
