Called on the phone to make an appointment, waited for 30 minutes on hold left a message to please call back so I can make an appointment never heard from anyone it’s sad to see because Reed Vision used to be an excellent place to go

wish I could leave 0 stars ....but here we are... this office is difficult to reach, operators are often rude and condescending, quality of product is hit/miss.... unfortunately, our insurance limits us to this office and one other local one.... I have never been happy with Reed Vision and now that it is Promedica Reed Vision.... customer service has reached a new low....

Few years back they over charged my wife and myself, we called and talked to them several times and each time we were assured that the mistake would be fixed. So we are still haunted by this mistake because it went to a collection agency. They tried to charge us for things the insurance covered and told us we didn't pay our co-pay. We all know that they don't let anyone leave without their co-pay being paid. Will never use Reed vision again.
