The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars! Don't EVER bring your car here for service! After writing my phone number down incorrectly, and not bothering to look me up in their system to double check, Gerweck waited 5 DAYS for me to call them and ask "whats going on with my car." If thats not bad enough, then they tell me "we couldn't diagnose your car and need to charge you $300 more to figure it out" ($450 total because they're mechanics are not properly qualified). Absolutely everything! I can not say enough about this dealership and their staff! From buying my vehicle to service, everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need or want! Prices can't be beaten anywhere!!! If you are looking for a new/used vehicle this is the place you need to be!!!

sorry mr a.j u are lying,no one was using fowl language until your hot headed father came in the office and started verbally assaulting me to get out,he started this not me,u got it wrong, please stop telling lies to make your wrong doing of selling me a bad car off your lot inexcusable, i am sorry but u guys are very wrong on this one, please tell me why i would pay u 12,ooo dollars for a car as is and could not trust it to the first oil change which i did before 3000 miles,what a joke,i gave u a chance to make this right and your family dealership blew it,as far as any warranty on this car,any warranty coverage on this would have been considered pre-existing conditions,... read full review
