As a new patient, I was greeted with friendly smiles and everything was running smoothly. All of the equipment seemed like the latest technology, the only name I happened to get was Zoie, which she was so nice and friendly. I RECOMMEND DR. HOLLIE HARDIE TO ANYONE NEEDING A VERY WELL INFORMED, CARING, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EYE DOCTOR! I have met many doctors in my lifetime, and Dr. Hollie Hardie is hands down the most compassonate, and caring doctors I have ever met in my life!!! She has really gone the extra mile for me after my last optimologist left me suffering in pain, and with her treatment plan, and after 2 years of begging other optimologists to help me ( i even went to u of m kellogg before i saw dr. This was my first visit at Great Lakes vision care and everyone from the front desk to the doctor and techs to that girl helping me pick out glasses were exceptional! Dr Holly was super thorough and informative and sat down and explained everything going on with my eyes in a way I could understand! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!
