Was able to walk in for grooming and walk out within the hour. Gary was gracious and kind in explaining his methods and my pet instantly felt at home. Great groomer and made a lasting customer with the professionalism that was presented.

Gary was very friendly and informative as soon as I arrived. I brought attention to a swollen irritated toe that I was concerned about, he informed me of what he would suggest it is and how a vet would handle it and let me know he would be very careful around it. As my dog did have some matted fur, he informed me it would have to be very short, yet it still looked great! Even informed me about some sores and pointed me into some at home care so I wouldn't be over charged by a vet. Mind you this was my first visit and overall very positive!

Gary was incredible. He was super personable and charismatic. He handled my dog, who is pretty wary of people with great care. And the work was phenomenal, he made my curly haired dog look so fluffy. Even added a bow at the end. I love how he only takes a few dogs at a time so it doesn’t stress the dogs out. We talked about how customer service is and I think he does a great job at it. Couldn’t recommend him more.
