911 Restoration was prompt when our basement flooded. They were to our house to inspect the damage within 30 minutes and were back cleaning it up within another hour. Both workers were professional and easy to work with. They worked with our insurance to provide all necessary claim info and the process was easy. Would recommend this company to friends/family if they experience similar issues with their basement.

Great response time. We called Saturday afternoon and they were able to have someone come out and give a free visual mold inspection in under 90 minutes.They were able to come out Sunday morning and get the work done. They came by today and checked on everything and picked up their equipment.Chris and Ivan were friendly and efficient. Very happy with the end result.Would definitely use them again if we ever run into more mold issues.

Recently called for help. Spoke to service agent at 0700. Was told I was 3rd in line for service that day. (Arrival approx 11a) 2:30 I called. Vague response. 4:30 I called. Was told I'd see them in an hr. Nearly 3p the next day: still no call-NO SHOW. I wouldn't count on this company to throw you a life vest if you were drowning. Got water problems???? Keep looking for a reliable, competent, conscientious company. Honestly...they are a ZERO!

Our sump pump failed during torrential rains a few weeks ago which, flooded the entire living area of our split level home. We had Servepro out first to estimate and it took them a couple of days to get out and they were booked out several days for remediation-they also estimated what we thought to be a ridiculous figure that would have eaten all but a few $ of the Insurance settlement. Wanting a second opinion, we called 911 Restoration- 888-243-3151- it was 4 PM on a Friday and they were there in 1/2 hour and had their team working the cleanup the next morning. Best of all, they came in a good deal less than Servepro! Highly, highly recommend these guys!

When I called all my questions and concerns were answered immediately. They were able to come out right away and give me an quote for the cleanup and removable of all damaged items. When my power went out no worries was told just call and they would be there to do the work when power was back on. The whole work crew was professional and courteous. My basement was cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom even the stairs to the basement. I would highly recommend 9-11 thank you again for all your hard work and making a really bad situation bearable.Services: Sewage cleanup

I called Karmbir Singh, owner of this 911 Restoration, early 06/26 Saturday morning due to the flooding in my basement from the storm. He returned my call later that day and said he would stop by Sunday afternoon to assess the damage and what needed to be done. He was most courteous, professional and kind gentleman, within a 1/2 hr he assessed the damage told me what needed to be done, the time it would take approximately I was given a fair price. His crew showed up Monday afternoon ready to work did one great job treated our property carefully performed professionally very friendly in the unbearable heat and humidity, when they were done I was given a tour of all the work they performed answered all my questions to my satisfaction they knew what they doing without question.
