In the beginning of hiring Jessica to clean my elderly father's home, she did a good job. However, her lack of reliability began to show. She began to ignore phone calls, make excuses, and miss scheduled appointments. As an elderly person, staying commited and communicating with the client who depends on the service rendered, is very disappointing. Overall, I'm giving Jessica a three stars, becasue of her lack of empathy, commitment and honesty with the client.

Jessica did an amazing job cleaning the house we recently had a tenant move out from. In fact they left a number of items behind and Jessica was able to suggest an incredibly priced and timing junk removal service. In addition she has been one of the best communicators I've had the pleasure to work with, she communicated in the fashion that worked best for me and whenever she had questions or suggestions she reached out for clarification/direction.
