Our business in Hartland had a day where the toilets stopped working so of course urgency was key. Watkins came out within a couple of hours. Very friendly and helpful on the phone and Jared who came out was great!

Outstanding!!!! My husband and I highly recommend that if you need a job done like septic pipe issues call Watkins. They came out and took care of our septic pipe that was cracked and overgrown by tree roots and caused water to enter house . They did an excellent job.!!!!!

Called Watkins Septic service due to Bolton Septic not showing on day of appointment which was made one week in advance. Explained to Carly that the tank cover has been dug up and tank lid is ready to come off and has been that way for several days waiting for Bolton Septic. Carly said she would find a way to have a truck out the next morning between 11am and 3pm if that would work. The next morning Jared called and said he would be out to service the tank at 12:30pm. Jared arrived at 12:30pm and serviced the tank explaining condition and recommending next service interval. Excellent customer service and very professional from start to finish.
