Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Milan

I have been going to IHA for several years and some doctors are better than others, but I highly recommend Dr. Kim. He is a no nonsense doctor that looks out for your wellbeing without hounding you and prescribes what is needed without going overboard.

I have seen 3 different doctors at this location. My current doctor gave me hope at our first visit but since then things seem to have gone down hill. Some of the staff here sound miserable when dealing with patients. I was hung up on by someone from the RX department and was told I would get a call back about it and that never happened. They were a little dismissive about something serious I had going on and also took over 48 hours to send a RX over. Getting a response isn’t consistent through the portal either. This is very discouraging for somebody who would Love to build an established relationship with a good doctor.

My primary care doctor was Britzy Joseph. From the first appointment she was dismissive of my symptoms but made all necessary referrals for my complex medical needs. Aftet the first referral didn't work out she became seemingly annoyed at additional requests for my complex medical needs. Our final appointment she claimed she told me she would not prescribe a medication and she has told me a bunch of times she was uncomfortable prescribing that medication, aftet never telling me that before.
