Mark came out to our property, walked the site with us, and clearly explained everything we could expect—both verbally and in writing. From the start, communication was excellent and every step was laid out in a straightforward, honest way.

Once the permits and site preparation were finished, materials were delivered right on schedule and Jason and his crew got to work immediately. “I had a brand new shed that was taking in water every time it rained due to the concrete not being angled properly at the garage door. Concrete Cutting Specialists came out and very nicely beveled the front concrete lip so that when rain hits the garage door it flows away instead of in. They also cut a 10’ trench drain inside to give the water somewhere to go if any does happen to get in. For it being specialized work and the quality they give you I found there prices to be fair. They picked up their phone right away and were able to schedule me in very quickly. Very happy with there services. I will use them again in the future and will recommended them to others.“
