I love this business! I had a small laptop that I loved that I could no longer charge. I thought it needed a new charging port as nothing happened when I plugged it in. I took it to Samsa and they found the trouble was not the computer but the charger. When they called and told me, I was so happy to hear that I would not have to replace my computer. The tech ordered a new charger once I gave the go-ahead and bingo, that was the solution. Their fee was very reasonable, and it was money well spent. Replaced a screen on my laptop. While the screen works and the repair was more affordable than a manufacturer replacement, the shop accidentally ordered the wrong part the first time around (delayed completion from 1 week to 4 weeks), there was a new clicking when opening the clamshell lid, and the touchscreen wasn't working.I noted all this with the technician (very friendly), and will be coming back after a trip to get further service done, so may update this review after that. Overall friendly and affordable, but lengthy and make sure to inspect your results.
