GREAT SERVICE!! A month ago I replaced our surface ignitor myself. Then last week we've been dealing with furnace issues for almost a week. It would light, then it wouldn't, then run, then wouldn't. Now we're 4 days before Xmas and this blizzard is on it's way. Thru a trusted referral we called Mr. Lincoln. Over the phone he was very professional and was very accommodating to our schedule. He was on time even with the miserable weather and got right to work! He was very knowledgeable during his diagnosis and explanations. My furnace threw everything at him and he kept at it. He didnt say this but I got the feeling our furnace wasn't going without a fight and at the same time Mr Lincoln was not leaving until we had heat which was very admirable! Eventually he was able trouble shoot and fix our furnace. He was was very fair with his cost and but most importantly his time. In the end we have a working furnace that we didn't have to replace and we plan on calling him back for our AC! Can't say enough good things about our experience and we would and will recommend Mr Lincoln and his company from here on out. Thank you Mr Lincoln!

Furnace was out on a Sunday night. I texted for service by the next morning I got a response that said he would be over between 9-9:30. At 9:02 he arrived. It was a quick job so he was kind enough to include a annual service/ clean up of the unit. This is the 2nd time I have used this company. Multiple years ago while I was at another house I left a message at about 7:00 with furnace issues. He asked if I had kids, I said yes a young one at the time and by 8:30 he had it fixed on the way to taking his son to school.
