Theyre just going to reply to my review and claim HIPAA laws and that i need to call them but i had mixed feelings. I was seen by Josh G. I was the only person there, super clean, everyone super friendly. HOWEVER, i was the ONLY patient in the entire office yet i left in 10 min or less with “upper respiratory infection” he did not do a single test but just threw a kitchen sink of meds at me. Claritin for allergies? that doesnt even make sense. and i had a serious concern about a lump in my neck, told me its probably a lymphnode and that to wait and see if it goes away with the cold. ITS BEEN THERE PRIOR FOR MONTHS. Paid $85 for basically zero answers. no tests, ignoring...read full review

I was given excellent customer service! The receptionist was friendly, the nurse took care of the paperwork and the gentleman who cleaned out my ears was very thorough and ,patient and answered my questions! I am thankful for the great care that I received!

The lady at the front desk was nice an understanding I was there for my son they were about to close but they still took my son in an looked him over an got him taken care of. Really like the old guy Dr, think his name is Chris, he's very good with people especially kids. Can tell he takes his job seriously an cares for his patients. When I need to go to a urgent care I go to New hope urgent care. Not every place is perfect. But for me they do a good job.
