The staff were all pleasant and welcoming. I appreciated Dr. Erickson listening to my concerns and explaining the options for my new prescription. I also appreciated the opticians who were so helpful in choosing frames.
I have been going here for the last 7 years and it was the best decision I ever made! The doctor is so very knowledgeable, friendly, patient with questions, engaging and when my son failed his secretary of state driving eye exam, they got us in right away and took great care in identifying the problem and providing corrective lenses. The ladies that welcome you everytime you walk in, set the tone with a smile, how can I help you greeting, and then the optometrist that help you choose just the right frames, even if you try on 20 pairs, do it with a genuine smile and desire to make sure you love what you will be wearing every single day. Appt was for an annual check up. Dr Kimball explained clearly how my eyes were progressing. He is personable and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. Staff that did the beginning tests were also kind and explained the purpose of the tests when I asked. I also was able to order new glasses the same day. The staff member was patient and able to help me pick out a durable yet stylish frame. She shared tips to keeping them clean and not bent. This place cares about your eye health.
