These guys worked hard in sometimes difficult weather to get this project done. There was a level of detail to their work as well and making sure that everything was done well, and that could be easily seen in the oversight by the owner. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’re busy and it can take a bit to get an appointment, but the quality is well worth the wait!

We are very pleased with our rebuilt Sunroom. We closely watched workers of Kirkland Property Solutions demolish and dispose the failing existing sunroom, and solidly build a new one. It took longer than we anticipated, but we really like the outcome - its aesthetic appearance and functionality. We look forward to enjoying it with family and friends. Brendan and his workers were professional and pleasant to work with. They paid attention to safety and construction details. When we identified any issues they responded promptly to fix them. They guys were on time, worked clean, polite and did a very quality job. Would definitely recommend them for your remodeling job or project. They communicated well and cared about getting the job done the way we wanted it.
