It was a pleasure working with Janelle and Karen to design our dream kitchen. They were extremely responsive and helped us through every phase of the project. Having professional designers to bounce ideas off and guide us was invaluable for ensuring our vision came to reality while staying on budget. Karen facilitated a bathroom remodel for me. I was unable to make all of the decisions to make the room more accessible for me. I selected the cabinetry and Karen and Janelle selected the paint colors, sinks, cabinet hardware, and granite. I was very pleased with their choices. Communication and attention to detail was good except for the section of drawers in my vanity. The unit came with three large drawers instead of four small ones like I asked. I was told nothing could be done because it was a custom order. Custom order or not, it wasn’t what I wanted and I’ve had no choice but to accept them. I am very disappointed at the way it was handled and I still don’t like them. I also wish she had used the granite vendor I had specified and was written into the bid.Services: Remodeling
