Few years back I perchance remove and replace my roof shingles and put New Windows in my 92 manufacturer home. My roof is doing very well no leaks. Eleven Windows was replaced. One in my living room on north side bottom tilt out left side rotate pin broke. Now the side of home Leak's pretty bad . So bad lately mold under my carpet. Thought we had a sewer leak. Now just starting. I have to replace my entrance do. And for the age it's falling apart faster than anticipated without replacing the siding and putting plastic on the outside and hope the walls are not rooting.
