The owner, Wendy, is dedicated to providing a safe and professional environment, while also understanding the needs of her employees. She sets clear expectations and encourages employees to improve and be team players in the growth of the business.
I have found ATC an enjoyable place to work. I enjoy working with everyone in the office as well as the environment. Wendy is very accommodating for time off and appointments. Job expectations are a must when owning and running a business and I've had nothing but professional interactions with her and co workers.
I have enjoyed working for ATC Mid ********. I truly believe they work very hard to provide a safe, respectful, and professional work environment. I honestly hope to keep working with them for as long as possible just because I really love working with Wendy and her team.
Wendy, the Owner, took a chance on me. She accomodates when you need time off. Understands when personal things come up and need to possibly work from home. As any business owner would, she has expectations on what she expects from her employees. She asks you do your job the best you can, go to her with questions you're unsure of, continue to improve and be a team player in growing the business.
