Kari is one of the best in her fields. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, whether you are in pain or just looking to relax. Everytime I have seen her she always answers my questions (why do I have a knot there, etc.) and does so in a way I can understand. Spend the money and invest in yourself. A Touch of Health Therapies is absolutely a place to visit!
Kari did a wonderful job. I received a gift card for a hot stone massage. I was very excited to go and take a moment for myself. I had forgotten how wonderful massage therapy can be. I booked an appointment to come back because I feel like a million bucks.
I have just started going to Kari and she is extremely thorough and in my opinion is an absolute healer. In this session she focused on my neck, shoulders and arm movement ( all problem areas) and provided significant release in all areas. Her techniques vert depending on the need.
