We have had an excellent experience with Kitchens by Katie. Our interactions with Kim, our sales person, John, the professional who made all the measurement for our project and Jeff, the very experienced and professional carpenter who completed the project, were extremely positive. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our project.
From blah to Wow is all I can say. Kim was amazing, she saw what I was looking for. I had old wood cabinet doors that someone painted and they just looked dingy and drab. Now I look like I have a brand new kitchen. They are easy to clean and maintain.
I only wished I did it sooner
We are very happy with the work that Kitchens by Katie provided. Kim met with us for 2 hours, going over my wish list and explaining what they could and could not do. She gave me a list of contractors that I could contact for work outside the scope of Kitchens by Katie. Once we made a decision to proceed, the owner came out to take measurements. Both he and Kim were very professional with clear communication. John did the actual work, beginning on the date we were told and finished 1/2 day early. Because we were out of town the last couple days, John texted me photos and kept me current on his progress. We are very happy with the finished product.
