“The Roof Depot is a multi-generational, family-owned business. Josh and his company provide high quality service (craftsmanship and customer service) at a reasonable price. Josh was contacted by my builder to fix the problem their framer sub: Shelton Framing, created. Shelton did not follow the architects drawing, which they reviewed and edited with my architect, for the 1:10 pitch roof on my sunroom addition. The 100% flat roof they framed was not dried-in properly resulting in multiple instances of rain pouring onto the sub-flooring. Josh and The Roof Depot team came to the rescue and installed a TPO & ISO roofing system and gutters for the new 100% flat roof. Before the roofing system was scheduled for installation, another rain shower occurred and Josh personally came out, in the rain, to fix the framer's work. WOW--that's customer service.
