We contracted with Modern Shed on May 11, 2023 putting down 1/2 the price of the shed (16' x 24') for delivery in Sept. In early Sept. they asked for more money. For putting down underlayment, we paid $2500 more, though the load was not complete. ******** was affirmed by end of Sept. No shed. A couple emails were ignored, then reply was they were working 2 wks. out - Oct 24. No shed. Next delivery was affirmed as 1st wk. of Nov. No shed. Now they say they are working on it...Today is Nov. 27, 2023.

I was a bit frustrated that it took longer then anticipated for our shed to be delivered. I understand a new company who blew up and production, employees etc.The owners at Modern Shed Design are amazing. Rather then being frustrated. What they are doing and producing is amazing.They deliver a great product.Services: Shed delivery to installation sites

The whole transaction was nothing but pleasant. The customer service was great, communication was great, shed was delivered when promised and quality of building was as promised. Would use this company again and recommend to everyone.Service: Custom shed design
