He offered to go into my attic and poke around to see if there was any evidence - definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond like that, but was deeply grateful (and luckily no animals were found ?). As a new home owner he also gave me a little overview of what would need fixing, the names of various parts etc. As someone who is actively learning, I appreciated the extra intel. After providing a reasonable quote, Mark had someone come out quickly. The gentlemen was on time, did the repair well and quickly. Will definitely use them again the future!“
