“Great experience working with Romana from the estimate to the final completion. Mike gave us a detailed estimate at the start showing which specific squares were to be replaced while other companies were vague. He explained their specific concrete mix being used, gave work references, and was responsive to calls and questions.

A large team showed up on time for the old concrete removal and started working right away. Everyone knew their role and worked to remove 1/2 of our driveway and sidewalk along with multiple neighbors the same day. They took time to prepare the ground under the new concrete by putting base material and packing it down. (Not sure the existing concrete had a good base). A large team showed up again on the day for the new concrete installation and worked together well to get the new concrete finished quickly. After they were done the area was swept, power washed and sod was replaced next to the new concrete.

“Jeff came out in July of 2024 to give us an estimate to have some repairs done on our porch. He explained everything very well and understood it wasn’t something I was looking to have done that summer- rather the following spring.

Spring of 2025 they came out for the repairs. They were very fast and the porch looks great so far! Hoping it buys us many more years ?. There was an issue where they moved my gutter down spout extension that I had so it went FAR away from my house. When they left they put it back on but cut my extension down to the last 5 -6 inches so that it basically ran right next to my porch. They left the extensions in my front “garden” area. I left it there because I knew they were coming back (just to see if they had other plans with it I’m not sure). They did not do anything with it when they came back. I reached out to the office just curious about why that was done. I was not mad- just curious. They reached out to Jeff who did a pop up visit and went to Home Depot and bought me 2 new extensions for my down spout ? It was so sweet and 100% not needed but he wanted to make it right. He refused to let me pay for them.

We will be using this company in the future for major projects! We will request Jeff every time because he goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s a family guy that watches out for other families.

Update: our porch was cracking again a 1-2 weeks later on the end where it was replaced. I was told that the repair wasn’t promised.. also my stair repair is also now cracking. So.. I’m not sure about using this company again or if the porch was just in that bad of shape but I was under the impression these were easy repairs. So after about $1200 I am a little peeved, but I guess it is what it is.“
