Ron arrived on time to service my generator & did a great job. I’ve had several techs here throughout 19 years since Rod Moore installed everything here as a new construction. They are the only group I want here. You will feel the same when they take care of your plumbing & HVAC.
I had a plumbing issue. Called three companies as I am fairly new to the area. I was afraid I had a leak. Received a call back right away from the office and had me set up within a day. Cody came out. Very professional. Very knowledge , found the problem and corrected it right away. Would definitely recommend this company. By the WayI never even heard back from the other two companies. Certainly not very professional when they cannot even leave a text to tell u they are to booked or to busy etc. Just plain commoncourtesy. I will keepMoore mechanical on hand for future reference. Thank u so much.
We’ve been working with DJ’s going on 9 years for our business. Great group of professionals every time. They will work you into the schedule when they are available. Might not be the second you want them but they will work you in. Most companies don’t even call you back!I have never had a problem with their billing. If you want a professional, you hire and pay for a professional. If you want a “good deal” I can forward you to my neighbors good friend who knows a guy who’s nieces ex-boyfriend does it on the side who will work for “cash.” Get my drift!
