Dave is so easy to work with! Great communication by email/text, he even spent time finding a mini-split unit that would work in the area that I needed it for. He went above & beyond while working directly with the electrician (taking me out of the middle so there was no miscommunication as to where the electric hookup was needed). Dave was on-time and on budget, cleaned up perfectly when he was done. He sent invoices immediately when I paid. Lastly, he followed up a few days later to make sure I knew how to use the AC & heat. Very satisfied with two items purchased and installed. First was a Rinai Tankless natural gas hot water heate. I love it. Second was a Fujitsu min-split to cool and heat my 3-season porch. Perfect install and high quality product
