Bought a house and replaced main floor with all new carpet. Talked with Matt over the phone and got some pointers on what direction to go. We scheduled a time to go in and look at samples. Staff was friendly and professional. Couldn’t be more happy with our new carpet!

Flooring was very good quality and our sales men Brian Perkins was awesome very knowledgeable The installer Brandon and Anthony did a wonderful job we’re very polite and professional and even sweep floors My only complaint for UCF is now that now that I have beautiful floors in living room Bedroom carpet looks terrible I’ll be back in Brian guess we’re doing bedrooms now

Brian in the office along with Brandon and Anthony as installers …. All 3 went above an beyond to install my vinyl plank flooring ….. great job guys it looks beautiful. No flaws. All three guys did a wonderful job from sales to install I couldn’t have asked for a better experience Thanks so much !!
