Just made a purchase of a water system due to the representative listening to our needs and problems we have had with previous vendors. Tim also proved to be extremely knowledgeable with the harsh water conditions that we have with our city water.
Tim, representative of Blue Wolf Concepts, stop by and made an excellent presentation of our well water condition and explain in detail what products they offer as a solution to better our water condition. A Professional, Knowledgeable and pleasant person that i was very pleased to have stopped by.
Tim, who came out to test my water and then give me all the information regarding the hardness and iron levels of my water was fantastic. Very personable, very nice, and knowledgeable. He walked through every step with me on what the numbers of the tests regarding my water meant and gave me a recommendation for a system that would help with the iron levels of my water and we were able to set up a day for installation within the short time he was here. Very satisfied with the experience.
