I hate leaving bad reviews but this has to be done. We have been bringing our dog here for his claws for over a year now and the service has steadily gotten worse. He was just there 3 days ago and I specifically told her to GRINDTHEM DOWN good because the last time they were so sharp they were hurting people. Well, of course, she didn't grind them down and here we are. The front claws were barely even touched and that's just unacceptable, especially when you are getting tipped on top of it. The dog's claws are so sharp they are scratching the hard wood floors which shows she isn't even try to grind them down. Sad because our dog enjoyed coming here but she is doing the bare minimum and taking no pride whatsoever in her work. I included a picture of how sharp they are and what they are doing after only three days since she clipped them. Our friends bring their dog here as well and they are also done with paying for this mess. Take some pride in your work!
Update - Found a new salon to take our pup and we met another person there who also left Stargazer's due to poor nail trimming. I feel disgusted that I actually tipped for such a horrible service.....3 different times.

She's great with pets and patient, and all around wonderful person. Prices are also cheaper than a lot of other places in town. Highly recommend!

Great place to have your pets all prettied up. Tara is great, and my Lexi always looks amazing after her visit.

My dog has been a client of Tara's for almost 12 years. She is the best of the best when it comes to grooming. You can feel her love for dogs when you walk into the salon and see all the work and education she has put into her passion. Tara herself is a wonderful person that you feel absolutely comfortable leaving your fur babies to get pampered and loved. In my personal opinion there is no better place then Star Gazers and no better Groomer then Tara.
