Took over nine months to finish a three room flood, with less than 2 inches of water in those areas. The lead person in charge of my project changed three times. They ended up firing numerous people because of how incompetently many of the projects at the time were being dealt with. They had a repairman in then I ended up with another person, I was not informed of this change till the person showed up at my door. In the end I asked for a detailed report of expenses. I NEVER received a list of expenses or list of what was actually done. I believe they simply ever had that information. Before this project I hated the idea of working with a company. This whole experience has taught me not to trust my insurance companies recommendations. I will avoid construction companies and repair people as much as I possibly can. What a frustrating, poor, discouraging situation.
