Super responsive, quick diagnoses, fast repair. One of my 2 zones on my boiler had been acting up and I finally called for a non-emergency appointment mid-morning today. Kelly took my call and the system she uses recognized my phone number so she knew my name and address from a prior service call. Amazingly, she scheduled a service call for the same day and within 5 minutes of his arrival Shawn diagnosed the issue. He retrieved the part from his truck and had us back in business within 20 minutes. Very friendly service and great communications with both an email and text indicating that Shawn was on the way. Highly recommended!
I appreciate Kidders’ community support over the many years (CCS auction too). I didn’t expect next-day service for my fireplace control problem. Chris problem-solved and fixed the issue on-site and I now have a toasty family room for Christmas gatherings! I appreciate the patience in giving me directions for how to use my fireplace too. After many years of not working, I wonder why I waited so long to call.
Very professional and friendly from the initial consultation to the installation to the completion of rebate forms. The new furnace and air conditioner work great - they're both so much more quiet and quicker to warm or cool my home than my previous furnace and AC units.
