These guys are great. I have a fuel oil furnace and was having a little trouble finding someone that could come out right away. It was already 8pm on new years day and they came right out figured out the problem and got our heat back on for us. They are dog friendly even though my dog wasnt having it lol. Would definitely recommend them.
I cannot say enough great things about Eric Dale and their team. After being told by multiple HVAC companies that I would need to replace my entire air conditioning unit, I was feeling pretty discouraged about the potential cost. Thankfully, I spoke with Mike Smith from Eric Dale, and his honesty immediately stood out. Instead of pushing a replacement, he recommended scheduling a service call to make sure the unit truly couldn’t be repaired first — potentially saving me a lot of money.

I’ve used these guys twice for a couple issues with my boiler over the last several years. Each time has been great. In the most recent visit, Frank was extremely knowledgeable about boiler systems and was able to fix my issue quickly. Also, the price was reasonable.
