Windows Installation in Marquette

“My husband and I had a house built in 2023. For some reason the sash around some of the windows was coming off. I called the place we bought them from who contacted the Warranty Department for Anderson Windows who sent out a worker from The Window Store to repair them. In 2025 the issued continued with other windows. I contacted the place that I bought them from whom gave me information to contact the Warranty Department for Anderson Windows so I did. Who contact The Window Store to have them come out to fix these other ones. BUT Sean from the window store made sure it got taken care of this time in a much better and surprising way. Sean told the Anderson Windows Warranty Department that they needed to replace all those windows that are in the house because this was going to be a continued issue. (apparently this was a manufacturers defect ) Sean had all of our windows that the slide open that had the sash was all replaced in 2026. Yep I will differently be doing my window shopping for now on at the Window Store from Marquette. We live 2 hours away only reason why we didn’t use them. We are planning on selling our home because we are bored after we retired and living in the woods isn’t doing it for us. We found a farm we are looking into and if we get this sold we will be getting new windows in that and we’ll be shopping here without a doubt.
