We replaced 8 french doors with four sliding doors and 4 windows. They look fabulous! The installation process was great. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards each day. Installation was completed in three days. Very nice people and excellent craftsmanship.
As I’m sure we have all experienced bad customer service !! BUT I called around to many window places in Marquette and they either didn’t call me back or after over a month of them showing up to give me an estimate!! Never to hear from them again so frustrating!!! So I called Budget window and they called me back the next day scheduled an about with in a week showed up on time very professional and really nice ! Ordered the windows came in 2 weeks early they called said let’s schedule installation! Said there guys will be there at 8:00 ! In my driveway at 7:59 guys were so nice got the windows installed cleaned up and I think I’m still in shock !! Wish they did...read full review
