I went in for a Reiki session followed by a Chakra Clearing a week later both with Ashley Elizabeth. Prior to my sessions I had been feeling really weighed down and overwhelmed and like no matter how many healthy coping mechanisms I was using, something was still missing. I now feel lighter and more able to deal with day to day life without the physical, mental, and emotional strain I had prior. I would 10/10 recommend Ashley for any energy work. Had a massage today with Billy, the newest team member at LaLoNa. He worked on my frozen shoulder and I feel so much better. He's a great addition to the team! Very attentive and made sure to ask me about the massage pressure which I truly appreciate. Can't wait to go back.
