We worked with Blue Jean Network prior to them being sold to Integris and had a great experience, 9 out of 10. Since the acquisition by Integris we internally evaluate the vendor experience score as having dropped to 4 out of 10. Be careful with the new company, like many PE acquisitions, the bottom line is the only line.
