I am from our of town and here on business. I made the unfortunate mistake of sitting on my glasses, bending the frames and popping a lens out. Downtown Eyecare saw me immediately, and for my glasses squared away in less than 30 minutes- despite a unique and challenging frame design. They didn't even charge me a service fee! Pleasant and helpful staff, definitely consider them for optical needs!

Downtown Eye Care is absolutely wonderful! Such kind, caring people. I broke my glasses and was unsure if they could be repaired, so I popped into the shop and Laura fixed them up better than they were before I stepped on them! Thank you, thank you, thankyou!

Fantastic service. I had not had an eye exam in many years, and felt the staff passed on a great amount of knowledge. Both the doctor and staff were patient with my many questions and made me feel at ease for something that was long overdue. Grateful for their time and not rushing me through the process. I will be returning a happy customer.
