We're travelers, & our dog started coughing. They worked me in the same day because we were leaving for our next stop the next day. The staff was helpful & friendly. I'm grateful that they treated my dog & gave her antibiotics.

I was a client for over twenty years. My cat get sick, i bring her in, was'nt told she had less than a month to live.Vet would'nt call me back and when i stopped in to talk she hid in the back. Very unprofessional.

My mother had to go twice to have her dog cleared. First time they stated her appointment was incorrect, even though they the booked appointment, she left without correct services being delivered. I called and spoke to a very nice young man who stated he would take care of the problem. Then they recalled my mother and told her to just bring forms to be signed. Once again I called and spoke to the same young man who said he would speak to the owner and office manager to see if this could be fixed. He called me back and stated that yes, they would squeeze my mom's dog in. She arrived and was told she didn't need to be seen. My mom needed a clearance and a pill... read full review
